9. Check the medications you take
Many prescription medications

Here are the worst medications
when you try to lose weight:
Insulin injections, mainly if
you are prescribed very high doses, maybe this medication is the worst thing
that can happen to prevent you from losing weight. The good thing is that there
are 3 ways that can help you reduce your need for insulin:
A) Eat even less carbohydrates.
By tightening your carbohydrate intake, the body needs less insulin and

turning back. The most you could achieve is to have your dose decreased. But if
you are under cortisone the truth would be that you concentrate on other health
areas of your body besides being thinner.

consult your doctor or prefer more natural options in the early stages or if
the condition is not serious.

Can you eat everything you want
without gaining weight? Of course, as long as you completely abandon the
carbohydrates in your diet, whether they are good or bad, besides it does not

However, there are foods that

Alternating fasting will never
be the same as obsessive calorie counting or being hungry every day for the
whole week like traditional diets. Dying of hunger is a recipe for misery and
failure. Fasting alternately means eating what the body needs ... while you are
resting from eating.
Can I have something during the fasts?
During a fast you cannot eat,
but definitely if you should drink some liquid. Water should be your first
choice, but coffee and tea are also excellent. During the longest fasts the
